Nominations must be submitted by PDF form or online form. PDF submissions must be typed, and must include written, printed and photographic documentation as supporting evidence. A minimum of four color slides is required. Documentation materials will not be returned. The selection of the awards is made by the Awards Committee of the North Dakota Board of Directors. Nominations must be postmarked by September 30.
