Be sure to check back, and see if anyone has out-bid you! The winning bids
will be announced during the Closing Plenary on Saturday, May 3 at 4 pm. Proceeds
will benefit Preservation North Dakota.

National Register of Historic Places - US
The National Register of Historic Places, the nation's official list
of cultural resources worthy of preservation. The National Register is administered
by the National Park Service, which is part of the U.S. Department of the

Heritage Designation - Canada
Canada's program of historical commemoration recognizes nationally significant places, persons and events of Canadian history.
Designations of national historic significance are made by the Minister of the Environment on the advice of the Historic Sites and

Society for the Study of Architecture in Canada
SSAC: The SSAC is a learned
society devoted to the examination of the role of the built environment in
Canadian society. Its mem- bership includes structural and landscape architects,
architectural historians and planners, sociologists, ethnologists, and specialists
in such fields as heritage conservation and landscape history. Founded in 1974,
the Society is currently the sole national society whose focus of interest

Conference Parking
Conference attendees may use the parking lot by the Burdick Performing Arts Center at
the International Peace Garden. Handicapped parking is available in marked locations.
Handicap Accessibility

do our best to accommodate them. The International Peace Garden facilities
are handicap accessible. We have tried to identify the historic buildings
