Minot’s Historic Brick Studio

The beautifully-restored historic Brick Studio of Minot was built in 1916 as the Moline Plow Company and later served as a GTA Feed warehouse for a number of years.  The building has been re-purposed by the Ken Simensen family and now houses retail shops on the main floor and a dance studio on the second floor.  The first floor of the building is handicap accessible.  Through the years, the building has survived a number of threats to its very existence.  Numerous renovation projects have been undertaken to restore this historically significant building.
